A segment on NPR, the mission of StoryCorps is to honor and celebrate one another’s lives through listening. We accomplish this by providing access both to the StoryCorps interview experience and to the content that emerges from these interviews.

StoryCorps reminds us of the importance of listening to and learning from those around us. It celebrates our shared humanity. It tells people that their lives matter and they won’t be forgotten. Through StoryCorps, we hope to create a kinder, more thoughtful and compassionate nation.

Traveling mobile unit.

“Writable magnetic bubbles will be handed out so that visitors can write on them and then stick it to the mobile. When the current tour is over they can be removed from the mobile and displayed on a wall at the American Folk Art Museum.”

Set of handmade books for StoryCorps. I designed the first and last 50 pages of each book revamping the information from the current book out from StoryCorps with the interviews transcribed out in story form. Each book has a cut out of the talk bubble on the cover and the inside spreads follow the same design as the letterhead. Through out the book are full page quotes from the story.

The American National Rugby League is a growing organization dedicated to the development, promotion and expansion of professional Rugby League in the United States. AMNRL looks forward to developing the game for schools, colleges, and communities and in the international stage. As a part of the National Rugby League the AMNRL sees the future of the American sports fan as having rugby in the same level of action sport as football, soccer, and basketball.

Sprouts Farmers Market, an Arizona based company, is one of the nations’ fastest growing retailers sprouting in Arizona, California, Texas and Colorado. Sprouts specializes in farm fresh produce, purchased from local growers when possible.

The letterhead was comprised of the two things you get a grocery stores are receipts and brown bags. Printed on recycled paper.

Sprouts store brand package design for canned product. Working with the location of the store and simple design. These products were designed with a “wordless” front. I found that package design for veggies rely on photos or detailed illustrations to show people what is in the can. So I simplified that idea and gave customers easily recognizable shapes and colors for the products.

Invites for a new store opening that is packaged as a seed packet, promoting the idea of home grown local food.

The title is an ambigram. It can be viewed upside down and read the same. Since the book is about the same person having these two different sides of personality, I played off of this theme and the words read the two personalities’ last names. Jekyll Hyde.
